Returns, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order?

We hope that when you’re shopping with Mahajan Gift House, you never have a reason to second guess your choices. However, if you do wish to cancel your order, please ensure you do so within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at mahajan.gift@gmail.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange or return?

Your order is eligible for exchange or return only under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect product (i.e., it does not match the item in your order confirmation).
  • The product you received has a manufacturing defect.

If your item is damaged or defective, please take clear photographs of the product as soon as you open the packaging, and share them with us the same day of delivery.

Note: We only consider the product damaged if the item inside (not the outer box) has a manufacturing defect. Items will not be replaced if only the box is damaged.

How to request a return or exchange:

If your purchase meets the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Reason for exchange/return
  • Clear image of the product (if defective or incorrect)

Important Return Guidelines:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with tags, manual, and any other items that came with it.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged within 1–2 business days (subject to serviceable PIN codes).
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you must ship the item yourself within 7 days of receiving it.

Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, and this will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.

What if the package is tampered or damaged before opening?

If the package is visibly tampered with or damaged before you open it, please do not accept it. Return it immediately to the delivery person and notify us at mahajan.gift@gmail.com or call 9910546565.

In case of damage or defect:

While we maintain the highest standards of quality, delivery mishandling can happen. In such cases, please contact us within 7 working days. If eligible, we will send a brand-new replacement. If the product is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

How will I receive my refund?

All eligible refunds (excluding shipping charges) will be processed as follows:

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your bank account details for refund processing. Refunds for COD orders will be credited within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation/return approval.
